The Anti-Corruption Commission is the premier agency responsible for eradicating corruption in the Republic of Maldives. The crucial role rests upon the dedication, tact and perseverance of the staff working in the ACC. The ACC continually seeks individuals who show integrity and enthusiasm to responsibilities entrusted to them. 

A significant percentage of the annual ACC budget is allocated to the human resource development of the staff. These professional and specialized training are carried out both in Maldives and prestigious institutions abroad. The ACC also conducts in-house training in the areas of specialized anti-corruption auditing and anti-corruption legislature. Training is also increasingly given with the assistance of international donor institutions.
