Anti-Corruption Commission consists of five members. The President and Vice President is appointed by members. President will chair all commission meetings and he will allocate various tasks to the memebers. All the administration work is carried by Secretary General. The work of ACC is divided into the following sections:
Administration & Budget Section Administration Section handles the administrative work of ACC.
Budget Section performs the functions of budget planning & preparation, performance-based budgeting, procurement, bid evaluation, payment and accounting system management.
Operations Section Operations Section receives all corruption complaints referred to ACC, investigates, and prepares investigation reports.
Prevention Section Prevention Section is responsible for taking preventive measures to curb and prevent acts of corruption arising in public offices and implementing public awareness programs on the debilitating effects of corruption.
IT Section IT Section is responsible for providing expertise in the field of IT in investigating corruption complaints and to enhance the ACC capability in the use of IT Technology. Also help to find computer forensic evidence on cases investigated
