CODE OF CONDUCT
- We shall devote ourselves to be truthful and maintain integrity of Anti-Corruption Commission.
- We shall live a life of honesty, upholding the values of society and without prejudice.
- We shall carry out our duty in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Maldives.
- We shall perform our duty without hesitation or bias to anyone.
- In carrying out our investigations we shall look into every possible details and facts with the given time and resources to our maximum capabilities.
- We shall not participate in the investigation of cases where we have a conflict of interest. We shall always maintain our independence in words and in action.
- We shall discuss matters of our official duty only in accordance with the regulation of Anti-Corruption Commission.
- We shall not disclose the sources of information or identity of informants of the Anti-Corruption Commission.
- We shall not take advantages or any kind of personal gains in any way connected to our position.
- We shall regard investigation findings and information as confidential and we shall do our best to protect these information. We shall safeguard documents of Anti-Corruption Commission to the best of our available resources.
- Even after the termination of our employment we shall not disclose any information we had acquired through the course of our duty at Anti-Corruption Commission.
